چکیده
Airborne fungi are one of the major components aeromycobiota known to produce several fungal diseases in fruits. Their presence indoor environment warehouses may limit storage period apples. Qualitative and quantitative analyses airborne spores were conducted using gravity settling techniques detect airspora present atmosphere two apple Tunisia. In this study, 375 isolates obtained purified. Phylogenetic analysis calmodulin, beta-tubulin ITS regions coupled with phenotypic characterization helped identify 15 species. Penicillium exhibited highest diversity ten species detected (Penicillium allii, P. chrysogenum, citrinum, expansum, italicum, polonicum, solitum, steckii, sumatraense viridicatum), followed by four Aspergillus genus (Aspergillus europaeus, A. flavus, niger pulverulentus) Alternaria alternata. vivo experiments confirmed pathogenicity 13 at room temperature under cold-storage conditions. Among them, pulverulentus, allii described for first time as pathogens on The study identified associated postharvest rot facilities Tunisia help efficient control fruit diseases.

Fungal isolates from legumes were cultured on rice and examined for production of the toxic mold metabolites xanthomegnin and viomellein. Six of 14 Aspergillus ochraceus isolates produced from 0.3 to 1.3 mg of xanthomegnin per g and 0.1 to 1.0 mg of viomellein per g. One of nine isolates of Penicillium cyclopium produced 0.1 mg of xanthomegnin per g and 0.06 mg of viomellein per g. Three of nin...
متن کاملCellular and extracellular siderophores of Aspergillus nidulans and Penicillium chrysogenum.
Aspergillus nidulans and Penicillium chrysogenum produce specific cellular siderophores in addition to the well-known siderophores of the culture medium. Since this was found previously in Neurospora crassa, it is probably generally true for filamentous ascomycetes. The cellular siderophore of A. nidulans is ferricrocin; that of P. chrysogenum is ferrichrome. A. nidulans also contains triacetyl...
متن کاملTaxonomy, chemodiversity, and chemoconsistency of Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Talaromyces species
Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Talaromyces are among the most chemically inventive of all fungi, producing a wide array of secondary metabolites (exometabolites). The three genera are holophyletic in a cladistic sense and polythetic classes in an anagenetic or functional sense, and contain 344, 354, and 88 species, respectively. New developments in classification, cladification, and nomenclature...
متن کاملExtracellular siderophores of rapidly growing Aspergillus nidulans and Penicillium chrysogenum.
The highly active extracellular siderophores previously detected in young cultures of Aspergillus nidulans and Penicillium chrysogenum have been identified as the cyclic ester fusigen (fusarinine C), and its open-chain form, fusigen B (fusarinine B).
